The 1960s-era Avon Lake City Hall building needed a total makeover into a more modern, friendly looking facility.
The redesign of the entire building plan created a variety of new spaces for several offices visited frequently by the public.
The Council Chambers were substantially altered to provide a more audience-friendly viewing space and a more comfortable sitting area for its members.
The renovation was planned for uninterrupted daily operations of the City Hall for the entire project duration.
