This building was once a vacant, deteriorating convenience store that has been converted to a vibrant coffee shop in the Old Brooklyn neighborhood in Cleveland. We provided the interior and exterior renovation of the 1,500 SF space. The cafe includes a kitchen and dining area with soft seating and dining tables. We also reconfigured the parking lot to include a patio and drive through window.
