  • Understanding Health Disparities: Sustainable Local Food

This past April, Mansfield Frazier was a panelist speaker at the Understanding Health Disparities: Sustainable Local Food, at Cleveland State University. Mr. Frazier is heading up the BioCellar project at 66th and Hough Avenue. With permaculture designer Jean Loria, they are reusing abandoned homes by tearing them down, reinforcing the basement and topping it with a greenhouse to grow crops.

Arkinetics’ Rob Donaldson has been involved as the lead designer in this exciting project and has participated in the preparation of several speaking engagements, including Cleveland State’s Understanding Health Disparities: Download PDF.
