Funded with Ohio Historic Tax Credits.  The building was originally constructed in 1910 as a piano company and recording studio before they went out of business in the Great Depression. The building sat vacant for 10 years before the restoration. With 16,000 SF mixed-used property it will have 4 floors of apartments with retail or restaurant on the first floor. This project is brining life back to another downtown Cleveland building.
