- The tapered site made building placement for truck ingress and egress particularly challenging, so we positioned the building on the site to maximize the building frontage while permitting functional traffic patterns for shipping and receiving.
- Design called for a well-defined main entry with backlit signage and a stepped back building façade that gives depth to the building from the street.
