New construction for co-branded hotels

Arkinetics was the design architect for co-branded hotels in Joliet, Illinois. The hotels, a 120 room Holiday Inn and 80 room Candlewood Suites, share common amenities like an indoor pool and workout room. They can also combine registration desks for late night arrivals. Each hotel caters to different traveler guest needs with an extended stay and full service hotel being offered in the same locations.
