Star Gennett Building (1224 Huron) Receives Ohio Tax Credit
The Star Gennett Building is one of eight Ohio projects to receive Ohio Historic Tax Credits. It was built in 1910 and sat vacant for ten years before the restoration. The building was originally a piano company and recording studio before it went out of business during the Great Depression.
Arkinetics has converted the 16,000 SF property to four floors of apartments and retail or restaurant space on the first floor.
