New office and manufacturing facility in North Ridgeville, Ohio this 5,000 SF office space includes 24,000 sf of assembly area and 25,000 sf of warehouse space. With 3 truck docks the design and position on the site were chosen to achieve high visibility from the Ohio Turnpike and highway I-480, and element their former location lacked. Masonry walls were used to create a visual separation between the office and warehouse areas, which are housed in the same facility. Arkinetics designed a large drainage retention system for the entire site.
