Arkinetics provided design concepts for the renovation of a restored warehouse to an open office. The space allows for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and students to rent monthly spaces and utilize the amenities. Collaboration spaces include private office space, group work space, conference room, kitchen area, and copy/print facility.
