Exterior facelift and office expansion

• Renovated the old Citi Bank building acquired from the City of Lorain.
• The building was expanded to triple its size, providing increased privacy for its consumers, greater ADA compliance, partnership offices and community use areas.
• Significantly upgraded the energy efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

This project was the first significant private capital investment in South Lorain in many years, and will help revitalize a vibrant community.
