New office and manufacturing facility

• 5,000 sf office space.
• 24,000 sf assembly area.
• 25,000 sf warehouse.
• 3 truck docks.
• The design and positioning on the site were chosen to achieve high visibility from the Ohio Turnpike and highway I-480, an element their former location lacked.
• Arkinetics designed a large drainage retention system for the entire site.

Masonry walls were used to create a visual separation between the office and warehouse areas, which are housed in the same facility.
